On the longing for love and the struggle for the legal tender
The Wonderland Rules is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.
Rollins’s Review posts and occasional posts in Wonderland Rules and A Day In The Life are on pause until I can clear through my backlog of paid editorial work, which haunts my dreams. Dance Class posts will continue as usual, because people pay me for them. I am almost finished with The God of Death and Second Chances (the raison d’etre of other paid subscribers), which will be wrapping up in the next few weeks. My intention is to publish it in book form, which will require that I have it edited professionally (don’t worry, I know a guy) and then revise it.
Once I’m done with the paid work I’ve taken on, free posts will resume. There will be fewer of them; I’m exponentially busier than I was when I started this blog, and only a fool writes but for money.
In case it’s unclear, The Wonderland Rules will continue for the foreseeable future; maybe forever. I’m coming to the realization that I don’t have to write about what I’ve been writing about, and there’s an element of being able to yell at you kids to get off my lawn from anywhere in the world that’s too much fun to quit. :-)
But you’re gonna have to put down cash on the barrelhead to read it.
